Mr Dixon is a businessman with over 25 years experience within the mining and exploration industry as an earthmoving contractor to the industry and as a private individual identifying prospective mineral areas and subsequently acquiring project areas of interest. He has been a founding vendor to a number of companies including Jubilee Mines NL (now Xstrata Plc), Terrain Minerals Ltd (ASX:TMX) and Regal Resources Ltd (ASX:RER).
During his time in the industry he has had joint venture partners including Newcrest Mining Ltd, Independence Group NL, St Barbara Ltd, Normandy Poseidon, Ashton Mining, and currently holds Joint Venture/Royalty agreements with Xstrata Plc, Regal Resources Ltd and A1 Minerals Ltd.(Now Stone Resources Ltd)
Mr Dixon’s management experience in the areas of contractual outcomes, Mining Act regulatory procedures and standards, tenement management and long history of Native Title negotiations and resolutions make him suitable for the role of a Chairman of KIN Mining NL.
Mr Harper is a Mining Engineer with over 20 years of corporate experience in the minerals industry, specialising in taking early stage exploration projects into production, along with the associated financing, business development, and general corporate activities. Mr Harper has extensive experience with the development and operation of both underground and open pit mines in Australia and abroad. Having acted in the roles of Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Mine Manager, and Senior Mining Consultant for various ASX-listed mining companies, he has been involved with the following projects; Tembang Gold-Silver Project, Central Tanami Project, Radio Hill Nickel/Copper Mine, Norseman and Cracow Gold Project. Mr Harper is a holder of a Western Australian First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).
Mr Sproule is a Metallurgical Engineer with over 30 years experience in the resources industry specialising in the identification, assessment, acquisition, low capital development and efficient operation of precious and base metals project within Australia. Over 25 years, he managed his private company, Polymetals, which developed and operated many mining projects, consistently generating significant shareholder returns. Polymetals listed on ASX in 2011 with Mr Sproule remaining as Chairman and majority shareholder until the company was merged with Southern Cross Goldfields in 2014.
Mr Graziano is a Chartered Accountant with corporate and company secretarial experience. He has experience in capital raisings, ASX compliance and regulatory requirements and is currently a director of Pathways Corporate Pty Ltd. Mr Graziano has over 25 years’ experience in Corporate Advisory and Consulting to listed and unlisted companies in the mining services sector, resources and exploration sectors, and banking and finance sectors.
Mr Graziano is currently a non-executive director of Castillo Copper Limited (ASX:CCZ).
