Andrew Munckton, Managing Director

Andrew Munckton is an experienced geologist who has held senior management roles of both ASX-listed companies and gold operations in a career spanning more than 30 years.

Most recently, Andrew was Managing Director of a junior gold and base metals exploration and development company, Syndicated Metals Limited. His recent focus at Syndicated has been on leading the acquisition and exploration of the Monument Gold Project in Western Australia which is adjacent to Dacian Gold’s Mount Morgans gold mine. In this role he has had responsibility for overseeing exploration programs, feasibility studies, project assessments and acquisition, project divestments, joint ventures, capital raisings and general corporate strategy.

Andrew has also held the roles of Managing Director of Avalon Minerals, General Manager – Operations for Gindalbie Metals, General Manager Strategic Development of Placer Dome Asia Pacific and General Manager Operations of the Kanowna Belle, Paddington and Kundana gold mines over a period of 10 years.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Western Australia and is currently a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Stephen Jones, Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Stephen Jones is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years experience leading corporate finance and governance teams in Australia and overseas. With the last 20+ years in the Western Australian mining industry Stephen has a demonstrated history in Mineral Exploration, Investor Relations, Analytical Skills, Feasibility Studies, and Environmental Awareness previously holding senior Finance positions at Portman Mining, Aviva, and Southern Cross Goldfields and Middle Island Resources.

Glenn Grayson, Exploration Manager

Glenn Grayson is a geologist with deep exploration experience in the goldfields of Western Australia. He has held senior roles with Northern Star Resources and Barrick Gold. Glenn has a successful track record of increasing Life of Mine gold resources through exploration success and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Kin team.
Glenn’s experience within the Western Australian goldfields will provide considerable knowledge to deliver positive outcomes from work planned for 2018. He holds a BAppSc in Geology from the University of Ballarat and a Graduate Diploma in Geospatial Information from RMIT.
