Rowan Johnston
Executive Chairman
Mr Johnston is a mining engineer with over 40 years’ resources industry experience, including significant experience as a company director through executive and non-executive directorship roles. Mr Johnston has held various senior executive roles in Australia and internationally, primarily in the gold sector, and has experience in feasibility studies, company formations, construction, expansions and mergers.
He was recently appointed as Chairman of ASX-listed Wiluna Mining and Gascoyne Resources and, earlier in his career, he was a Director and Executive Director of a range of companies including Bardoc Gold, Excelsior Gold, Mutiny Gold, and Integra Mining.
Joe Graziano
Non-Executive Director
Mr Graziano is a Chartered Accountant with corporate and company secretarial experience. Mr Graziano has over 28 years’ experience providing a wide range of business, financial and strategic advice to small cap unlisted and listed public companies and privately owned businesses in Western Australia’s resource-driven industries. Since 2014 he has been focused on corporate advisory, company secretarial and strategic planning with listed corporations including Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Raisings, Corporate Governance, ASX compliance and structuring.
Mr Graziano is currently a director of Pathways Corporate Pty Ltd a specialised Corporate Advisory business and serves as a Non-Executive Director with Thred Ltd (ASX: THD) and Migme Ltd – (ASX: MIG).
Nicholas Anderson
Non-Executive Director
Mt Anderson is a chemical engineer and finance executive with extensive experience in the resources sector. For more than 15 years he has provided financial/corporate advisory services, capital raising solutions and completed asset purchases across the mining, infrastructure and renewables sectors.
He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Rivet Group which provides transport, logistics, equipment hire and maintenance services to a number of industries including mining. Mr Anderson is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Hansjoerg Plaggemars
Non-Executive Director
Mr Plaggermars is an experienced company director with a deep background in corporate finance, corporate strategy and governance. He has served on the Board of Directors of many listed and unlisted companies in a variety of industries including mining, agriculture, shipping, construction and investments. This includes the Board of Delphi Unternehmensberatung AG.
Mr Plaggermars has qualifications in Business Administration and is fluent in English and German.
Mr Plaggermars is currently a director or supervisor board member of the following public Companies; Expedeon AG, Ming Le Sports AG, Decheng Technology AG, Youbisheng Green Paper AG, Snowbird AG, MARNA Beteiligungen AG and S&O Agrar AG.
