Stephen Jones is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years experience leading corporate finance and governance teams in Australia and overseas. With the last 20+ years in the Western Australian mining industry Stephen has a demonstrated history in Mineral Exploration, Investor Relations, Analytical Skills, Feasibility Studies, and Environmental Awareness previously holding senior Finance positions at Portman Mining, Aviva, and Southern Cross Goldfields and Middle Island Resources.
Leah Moore
Exploration Manager
Leah is a geologist with 15 years experience in a number of roles across exploration, UG production and consulting across Australia and PNG, with the majority of her experience in the Yilgarn, Western Australia.
Leah recently held senior roles at Bellevue Gold and was instrumental in the increase in resources from 1Moz to 3Moz, along with assisting the transition from exploration to production
Leah graduated with a BSc(hons) from UWA and has completed a Grad Cert in Mineral Resources from Curtin and understands the complete chain of gold discovery, from greenfields through to project development. Leah is currently on the Board of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Chad Moloney
Mining Manager
Chad Moloney is a mining engineer with the majority of his 25+ years industry experience centred in the Western Australian Goldfields region. He has held previous senior positions with Xstrata Nickel, Doray, Westgold and Pantoro and brings extensive owner operator and contract mining in open pit and underground from start-up to steady state operations experience to the Kin team.
As a Bachelor Degree qualified WASM Mining Engineer with a First Class Mine Managers ticket and General Management experience, Chad has a demonstrated wealth of knowledge encompassing both strategic and production planning, financial management, human resources and a focus on both safety and quality disciplines.
